Okay, so I drew this for a competition on GaiaOnline, and I thought that because ChibiUsa and Hotaru are best friends, then maybe I should draw their evil counterparts together. (Their counterparts being Hotaru - Mistress Nine and ChibiUsa - Wicked/Black Lady).

I really like the finished result of this picture, darwing Wicked Lady in that posistion was a right pain in the ass, the amount of times I got annoyed with myself for not getting it right >.<

I think I got the anaotmy right anyways.

I am really, not happy with the BG, it just looks so boring, I would've liked sparkles in the BG, but alas...I don't know how to that in PS

I know the title for this picture is a bit corny as well, but it's the best I could think of >w<

~ oh and one more thing I have been a manga artist for a while like a few years now I only did traditional because I never was good at drawing with a mouse , now coloring with a mouse I can do , so I figured I could scan a photo and color it on a digital manga program .......................................................... know any????

_{Well, the program I use for colouring digitally is Photoshop CS3, But I also have Manga Studio, but I don't use it that much, since I'm better at using PS, but it's still pretty good to use
I've seen some very good pictures done in Painst Tool SAI, this is a program I don't have, so I can't say whether it's a good or bad program to use, but I do plan on getting it in future, here's nifty clouring tutorial I found for it: [link]

There's so many you could use, but I think the easiest one to use would be Photoshop.
